Our Story
We are Layla and Sergio — a couple from Spain who chose to leave everything behind to build something new. We have worked together in hospitality in Valencia, crossed two winters in Calgary, Canada, and now we are here — in Switzerland, for the long term.
After selling our home in Valencia, we spent two transformative years in Canada working in property care, horticulture, and home services for demanding private clients. We bring with us a work ethic forged in −40°C winters, a genuine desire to serve guests at the highest level, and a proven track record of trust.

Multilingual hospitality professional with a Bachelor's in Modern Languages & Translation and a diploma in Hotel Management. Experienced in front desk, check-in/out, bookings and multilingual guest service, bar support, concierge assistance, and maintaining common areas. Known for warmth, precision, and a genuine ability to make every guest feel at home.

Sergio Vega
Housekeeping · Bar & Floor Service · Maintenance
Business Administration graduate with over a decade of operational experience. Hotel background covering breakfast preparation, bar service, table service, and room cleaning and turnover. Physically fit and reliable, with experience in fast-paced international environments that require flexibility, teamwork, and a customer-oriented attitude.

Up Hotel — Valencia, Spain
Before Canada, before Switzerland — we worked together at Up Hotel in Valencia. A fast-paced, international environment where both of us covered multiple areas daily. We know how to function as a hotel team. No onboarding period. No surprises. Just results.
Calgary, Alberta, Canada
For two full years we managed private luxury homes in Calgary — one of Canada's coldest cities. Seven-month winters, temperatures reaching −40°C, not a single missed obligation. Our clients trusted us completely, and many remain close friends today.

Commissioned to care for a private villa in the Caribbean for a full month, we encountered something no one expected: a hurricane made landfall during our stay. We kept calm, secured the property, protected the vehicles and pets, and managed the situation from start to finish without escalating to the owner.
