Our Story

A shared journey, a shared work ethic

We are Layla and Sergio — a couple from Spain who chose to leave everything behind to build something new. We have worked together in hospitality in Valencia, crossed two winters in Calgary, Canada, and now we are here — in Switzerland, for the long term.

After selling our home in Valencia, we spent two transformative years in Canada working in property care, horticulture, and home services for demanding private clients. We bring with us a work ethic forged in −40°C winters, a genuine desire to serve guests at the highest level, and a proven track record of trust.

"Our clients in Canada trusted us with their homes, their pets, their lives — and many remain friends to this day."

Whether maintaining a luxury estate through a seven-month winter, managing a crisis in Mexico, or running front desk and daily operations at a hotel in Valencia — we deliver, every time, without exception.

What We Offer

Everything a hotel needs

01

Housekeeping & Property Standards

Two years maintaining luxury private homes to the highest standards: deep cleaning, linen management, room turnover, and full property upkeep — every detail attended to, unsupervised.

02

Multilingual Guest Service

Together: Spanish, English, French, Arabic and Italian. Layla's native Arabic is a genuine asset with Gulf and Middle Eastern guests — a rare differentiator in Swiss hospitality.

03

Reliability Under Any Conditions

Seven-month winters at −40°C. A crisis in Mexico. Early starts, late finishes, physical demands. We have never failed a client. We will not fail a hotel.

04

Long-Term Commitment

We sold our home in Spain. Switzerland is our future. We are not passing through — we are here to build, grow, and invest our energy fully into a hotel that gives us the opportunity.

05

Operational Versatility

Bar service, breakfast buffet, table service, kitchen assistance, stock management, maintenance, grounds. Sergio's hotel experience and Layla's administrative precision cover every corner of a hotel's daily needs.

06

The Couple Advantage

Two motivated, complementary professionals. One accommodation unit. Already proven working together under the same roof. For a hotel with staff housing, this is not a compromise — it is an advantage.

Playa del Carmen, Mexico

Crisis arrived. We stayed.

Commissioned to care for a private villa in the Caribbean for a full month, we encountered something no one expected: a hurricane made landfall during our stay. We kept calm, secured the property, protected the vehicles and pets, and managed the situation from start to finish without escalating to the owner.

  • Full villa management to the highest standard
  • Calm and effective crisis management under real pressure
  • Property, vehicles and animals fully protected
  • Client kept informed — trust maintained throughout

Why Us

The right people for Swiss hospitality

We chose Switzerland — permanently

We did not arrive in Switzerland by accident. We sold our home, crossed a continent, and chose this country for the long term. A hotel investing in us is investing in people who are not going anywhere.

Real references, real documentation

Written references from clients in Canada and Spain, photographic documentation of our work, and named contacts who will speak on our behalf. No vague claims — everything is verifiable.

Complementary skills, zero redundancy

Layla handles guest communication, reservations, and multilingual service. Sergio handles facilities, physical operations, and logistics. Together, one accommodation unit supports two very different and very valuable roles.

Built for Swiss resort and lakeside hospitality

Whether Alpine resort or Lac Léman lakeside, Swiss hospitality demands physical resilience, genuine service orientation, and comfort with the rhythms of seasonal hotel life. Our time in Canada and our hotel experience in Valencia prepared us for exactly this.

Let's talk about what's possible

We are immediately available and open to any conversation — a call, a meeting, a trial shift. We would love to show you in person what we can do.
